Rachel Gregg Howard is a Christian writer, natural wellness educator, integrative health practitioner and gardener. She embraces creative projects of all shapes and sizes from fine arts to landscape design, but her first loves are God, plants, and photography.

As a military spouse for 21 years, Rachel has lived all over the United States, and spent nearly 5 years in Japan. During those years, she successfully homeschooled her children while maintaining a small photography business on the side.

Just for fun, Rachel renovated a 48’ Fifth Wheel. They sold their home and belongings and spent four years living, homeschooling and traveling full-time in their RV. You can follow their adventures on Instagram @RVentropy.

During all the Covid craziness, Rachel and her husband realized that rootless living was no longer a wise choice, so they bought a house a small plot of land where they are actively homesteading. Since 2021, Rachel has been immersed in learning to grow her own food and make her own herbal remedies.

Rachel has also spent several years teaching about natural medicine, and is a certified herbalist. She also holds certifications in Aromatherapy for emotional healing (AFT), PEMF practitioner, Bioenergetcs (Qest4) and Integrative Health acoaching. She currently is the head of SOW🌱Lynchburg (Seeds of Wellness,) a community natural health group offering education and support for your wellness journey. You can find Rachel’s educational videos on YouTube as Rachel Gregg Howard, read her Dandelion Seed blog or listen to The Dandelion Seed Podcast.
